• All cases are handled with confidentiality and professional diligence.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during onboarding and throughout the service.
• Promptly pay all agreed fees as per your chosen payment plan via PayFast or approved channels.
• Respond to information requests from Erase Debt SA promptly to avoid delays in your case.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• All fees are disclosed upfront before services commence.
• Full payment is required before your matter is processed.
• Once a service has commenced, no refunds will be issued except where required by law.
• If you submit incorrect information or sign up for the wrong service, Erase Debt SA is not liable for refunds due to the unique nature of each case.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding credit score improvement, legal outcomes, or timeframes.
